Hello, My name is Bastian Gonzalez. I was born in Santiago Chile and lived there until the age of 6 when my dad decided to migrate the whole family north in the pursuit of the American dream. Shortly after arriving in New York my dad chose to move to the Smoky Mountains, and it has been mountain living ever since. I was fortunate enough to have a dad that valued and promoted our families retention of the Spanish language, enabling me to become bilingual.
My career path started in nursing where I spent 5 years working at Mission Hospital. I developed my negotiating skills early trying to be the best patient advocate I could be. Communication is where I excelled in nursing and I am happy to be applying that skill in real estate by helping my clients through the emotional rollercoaster of buying or selling a home. This is a challenge that we tackle together, with as much grace as we can, ultimately leading to rewarding financial decisions.
My hobbies include hiking, repelling, overnight camping and backpacking along with motorcycling through country mountain roads. My passion for motorcycles started off with dirt bike riding and led me to pursuing a Triumph Bonneville as my first road bike. Currently I ride a triumph tiger sport and a CB 750 every chance I get.
I understand that clients have a lot at stake when purchasing or selling a home. This is a deeply complex and personal undertaking and I truly recognize the trust that is placed in me by my clients. I strive everyday to exceed my clients expectations and to find the right home for a buyer's lifestyle, or to professionally facilitate sales for sellers. I look forward to connecting and working with you to help build your future.
